Being members of ABTA means that you can feel confident booking with us as all the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell, are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected but we advise that you ask us what protection is available at the time of enquiry.

The ABTA strategic Plan 2015-2020
The rapidly changing environment in which ABTA and its Members find ourselves presents strategic risks, but also strategic opportunities. The goal is to strengthen ABTA’s position and reach within the UK, and to become a premium supplier to the international travel industry of the future, and its consumers. The strategy has six objectives to take the organisation to a new level:

- Enhance value for existing Members and Partners
- Build the ‘Travel with confidence’ brand
- Commercialise ABTA’s expertise as a Centre of Excellence
- Improve ABTA’s operational efficiency and user interface
- Manage ABTA’s asset base to secure commercial future
